Upstairs: three bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and one shared bathroom. Downstairs: one bedroom, with one full bed and two twin bunks, and one bathroom. The main living area is on the ground floor.

Third floor upper deck, with lounge chairs and deck chairs, has commanding view of the Delaware Bay and state park land. Two hundred yards to the beach entrance. Large screened-in porch with eating area and outdoor shower. Wifi, streaming TV in living room, gas barbecue grill, and outdoor hammock. Full washer and dryer. The main living area is on the ground floor.
